Hanguang Science-Technology Co., Ltd has been restructured by Hanguang Electron Device Factory ( namely the State-Run 4404 Factory , built in 1969 ) after being re-organized according the modern corporate system.

Xiaogan Sungong Lighting CO., Ltd. is one branch of Hanguang Science-Technology Co., Ltd., which is specialized in manufacturing of auto lightings ( such as sealed beam, halogen bulbs, miniature bulbs, LED bulbs ), PAR series lamps for stage, disco, underwater, and infrared lamps, etc.)

For many years, Chinese electron vacuum devices were lack of competitive force in the world market. However, after 1979, the situation has been different. The State Run Hanguang Electron Device Factory began to make "SUNGONG" AUTO SEALED BEAM, to be the first manufacturer of Auto Lamps with all specifications, and high power klystron with high tech, in China.

From 1985, "SUNGONG" light sources has occupied the main market share in Chinese domestic market, and has begun to export to foreign countries, now, "SUNGONG" has been the famous brand in the world market.
